My friend has a GO 630 That has different icons to replace the cars loaded from the factory. For instance he has Homer Simpson running down the road instead of
using the selection of cars. It's only Homer Simpsons image not his voice, he uses the factory installed voices but only Homers image.
Where can I get these different images? He say he can't remember where he got Homer and the other ones from.
Any suggestions are appreciated!!:)

If what you meant was the image that replace those car icon then
a. Log on Tomtom Home, go to Car Icons, there's plenty of others.
b. You can download from various sites, I don't remember any
c. You can create your own.

Go to Google, click Images, type Homer Simpson and see which ones you want.
Download, re size to 80 x 80 pixels and put in the folder
device (your Windows Explorer drive letter:\art\cars .

I am no good with paint programmes so I cannot give you advise but, ISTR someone posting that that deep saturated red you see in the TomTom supplied icon (look at the chevron icons in the \art\cars folder) will become transparent on the screen.

Imported to a proper Paint programme, the colour can be read.
If the background around your friends Homer Simpson icon does not match that the icon will become a square opaque picture on the TomTom.

Let's see now how many will jump in here and correct all all that I said above.
Cheers,
