WHERE can I purchase a map for a different region?

I have an older VIA that I would like to take to Martinique. My VIA has North America maps only. Where can I purchase a map for Martinique? I can't find any links or catalogs on the TomTom website. I keep getting directed to https://www.tomtom.com/en_us/navigation/maps-services/in-dash-map-update/ which doesn't actually sell maps. HELP!

Thanks for your help--the webpage is SOOOOO unclear. It says download the map for any region. Does that mean I get the entire world for one price? Or after I pay the one price, do I choose the region that I need?

This is the world map you are buying.

Mydrive will ask you to choose a map area to download for Martinique, it is the Canada / Mexico area that you must select.
