Whats the difference between 130s and 140s

I have a refurbished 130s I paid $70 for with v725 maps. New maps would cost $80. I can buy the 140s for $100 with a new map and Ebay the 130s. Why buy new maps for $80 when you can get a whole new GPS for $20 bucks more. Any difference between the two units? I know the 140s has IQ routes but is the speech the same

Besides IQ routing (which is *significant*), the 140S model has Advanced Lane guidance and Reality view for many US roads.
