I have looked and looked but cannot find an answer to this question regarding weather. What is the number in a circle on the far right of the weather screen?

I thought it was the wind speed and the little arow is showing the direction.

I would like to know what the circle and number means....also the little arrow/line on the circle.

I think it's your windspeed and direction.

But windspeed is listed at 8 mph and the circle reads 3 ( see picture ) ?

It is the expected average wind speed for the day. When you view it on the right is current

I thought the symbol could only be windspeed & direction but it does not make sense as values are too low.
THEN I realised it is not windspeed but BEAUFORT SCALE!
Direction is probably top for north etc.
