Want Mapping Software for the TomTom, I have seen Tyre, what else is there?

I got my TomTom. I have several places I would like to visit in an area, however I am not sure the best way to plan the quickest itinerary and move it to my TomTom.

I have seen TYRE, it is nice software, however I cannot just list locations and then decide the order very easlity. I am sure there is a program where you can use click interest points in the order you want to go.
