I went to delete some of the voices I never use, and it only came up with 1 voice. I have 11 of them. What's up with that? Thanks.

What version map do you have to have in order for applcation version 8.35 to work? I downloaded the newest applcatoin, and now OPerate my go is all greyed out. It says I only hane 1 computer voice, and I have 11!

I think it's reflective of the faulty install of the application. If a reinstall doesn't show all the voices, then use Explorer to delete the voice files from the voices folder that you don't need.

How do you go about reinstalling? The backup and restore is all greyed out too. I t keeps saying you cannot use this device because it is not supported by your device!

Use Explorer. Delete all the loose files in the root of the unit. Do NOT delete any Folders or their contents. Start Home. It'll recognize that an application is needed and offer to provide it. Accept and dl and install.
