Voice suddenly stopped

The voice instructions were working fine yesterday on my GO740 Live however today only silence.

Does not even produce any sound when testing voice!
Sound level set at 65%

Go to Change Preferences/ Speaker Preferences and make sure internal speaker is selected, also from the nav screen tap the lower left corner and make sure the sound is turned up (use the slider to adjust the volume) - Mike
