Virtual Operation Mode and POI editing

Why is it, using application 8.37, that when Operating My Go is used in the cradle, POI's cannot be viewed on map, or managed (the buttons are greyed out) though it works fine out of the cradle?

More than likely because you don't have a satellite signal inside the house (the one you see in the emulator is just a simulation). Without a gps signal, the pois can't be placed properly on the map since they are coded by lat/long and that info isn't available.
