My TOMTOM VIA 220 was working fine for about a year but has stopped working recently.
Basically when I turn it on it comes up with a screen suggesting I should plug the device into my computer (the picture of the GPS has a red cross on it, see attached photo). When I do that it won't actually connect and the TOMTOM site says my device is not responding.
I have tried resetting it by holding the power button down for 15 seconds but that doesn't make a difference and The Battery is charged.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
