Via 1530 connected/disconnected

Hi people, new to this forums and TT.

Recently bought a VIA1530 and I am capable of pairing it with my cell phone, but every two minutes it keeps on saying "disconnected,connected" and this is really annoying.
Any ideas about it ??

What is the application on your tomtom unit?

Have you tried resetting the unit by holding the power button about 10 seconds till the drum sounds?

Yes, I resetted it but no luck.
