VIA 1500 LM Not Updating Maps

I see the latest map is 930 but I have 925 and I'm not getting my lifetime free map updates. Can anyone tell me why?

Did you ever register your lifetime maps? Call CS:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EDT

Also, does your device have a micro sdhc card slot? If not, you'll only be able to download a zoned map, not the complete one if your map is USA_Canada. If it is just US, you may be ok.

I'm sure I registered it but I can't remember. I've had it about 4 months or so and got one map shortly after I bought it but nothing since. I do not have a micro card slot and only USA map.
