Via 135 m cracked screen

Hi , I've got the above model and been told that it cannot be repaired (not by Tom tom ) because of the availability of the screen because it's a new model , anyone else had the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

The Via 135 is hardly a 'new' model. It's a full generation behind what's being made and sold now.
dhn has pointed you in the right direction. The Via 135 = Via 1535 = Via 280 (model # depends upon region of world) and there are plenty of others with the same screen.
