The list of POIs is also easier to use, as it no longer has lots of entries for Safety Cameras.
In some cases, messages from Buddies were deleted. Messages are now saved correctly.
The way the options "Switch to night view when dark" and "Turn brightness down when dark" work has been improved (TomTom GO 910, 710, 510 only).
It is now possible to use the remote control for all buttons (TomTom GO 910, 710, 700, 510, 500 only).
All options related to Bluetooth can now be controlled using the Bluetooth preferences option (not available on TomTom GO).
On the TomTom RIDER, when the Bluetooth connection was lost between the Bluetooth headset and the RIDER, it was not always automatically re-established. To re-establish the connection, it is now only necessary to turn on the Bluetooth headset, or turn the headset off and then on again.
Note: Changes made in previous versions of the application are also included in this version, also if previous versions of the application were not compatible with all devices.

I saw the same message. Three different times.

On a side note, I have found the long update times to be shortened considerably by minimizing the "HOME" window for five seconds, then bringing it back up. I usually see the update check results after the first five second "timeout".

10:26 now it is working. Maby it was on their side as I was not the only one to get it. But my firewall is telling me they change adress.

I don't know what I did that make it work. (I have a XLS too)
- Do you have HOME 2.2.2.83?
- What is your current version? 7.163?
- I went into TOOLS, Map share, Remove corrections, put a chech on the secound one. Restat. Then try din't work, then I place it back.
- I try to restore the last backup, it was too long, so I abord.
- I push the pin , then it reset. Then I try and it worked.

Regarding the map.map........ error while trying to download the update, I finally called the support phone number listed above. After doing a few things it worked and the update is installed. Turns out to be mostly a case of things on my computer (and probably yours) that had to be erased and the computer and the TomTom rebooted. Whew!

I can recommend using the tools at our disposal, in this case TT Support.

I also told the nice young lady that many of us were experiencing the same problem.

3. Uncheck Mexico.
4. Update
