Is there a way that I can use the wireless data feature on my Tomtom 920 by connecting to my PC using Bluetooth instead of my cell phone? The 920 connects to my PC, and it says it is using the dial up network service, but beyond that it won't connect to anything.

Typically, your PC is set up to do exactly what your TomTom is doing -- both are "clients" trying to use your cell phone as a modem. Both are probably looking for a wireless (cell phone or similar) device to make a connection. I would imagine that they are staring at each other in disbelief ("You gonna make the call?" "Huh? I thought you were gonna make the call."

You'll need to set up a DUN "service" on your PC side, not just the DUN "client application". Not knowing whose BT device (and hence, whose GUI and services - Broadcom, older Widcom, Toshiba, etc) you have on your PC, I'd be hard pressed to help you configure it from here. Some actually expect to find a real modem to use vs. a network connection.
