Upgrading Battery In One XL

Has anyone replaced the battery in their ONE XL? The battery life is way too short, mine lasts about 2 hours.

If so where did you get the battery and does anyone have a link or instructions on how to do this?

There are battery saving changes you can apply under preferences. Also, screen brightness, bluetooth connectivity affect battery life.

There are some that say they've found a longer battery life after a pin reset.
