updated maps!!!

Connected my go 730 to laptop to get maps upgraded now have no maps on device ,have them on laptop but they wont load onto device anybody had this happen ?

Are you sure there are no maps on the device? Have you used Explorer to see the contents of the unit? What does it show for the specific map folder?

What happens when you try to install the dl maps?

Before you "connect" your GO730 to your laptop, does your gps device have any map?
