Update overload

I have a notice in Tomtom HOME that says my map is ten weeks old.
I go to UPDATE, run it. It downloads the update but when I try to install it, it says my Tomtom needs to remove 26 MB (see bottom of picture) of data.
I have stripped it and still only have 7.8 MB free.

Do you really need the map overlay file? Do you ever use it? That could go. Also, you could strip the map folder of csspeech files for states you won't need. (Texas is over 40 megs).

As I said before, my mapshare indication was 45 weeks out of date and when I checked, it was only 0.7MB.
45 weeks with 200K+ updates with only 0.7MB??? I asked but no answer.
Do you happen to know how big your MapShare file is?

Also what are those ccspeech files? Are they really important or not?

Map overlays are images that are visible in the Browse map screen on your device at a certain zoom level.
