Update issues re blue&me2

Whilst trying to update maps I received error messages saying my device was not responding however device continued to advise me to remain connected and counted down from approximately 110 mins. When this completed it appears that my device has been cleared of all data and I can only access a message reading ' no maps available '. This is so frustrating- any ideas or suggestions please? Thanks

Agreed. The B&M2 is a Nav3 device, so there's not much we can do directly to help.
However, it might be helpful to know what MyDrive is saying about all of this. When you have your unit connected and MyDrive running, what does "My Content" have to say about "My Maps"? Further to this, what does the memory usage look like at the top? How much of the devices memory still shows as "free"?
