Update GO 6200

Am trying to update my Tomtom with my home PC but they don't seem to synchronise and is not loading the updates! Can anyone help? Thank you!

I have a 6200 and will not up date went on a road were there used to be a round about its been gone since 2019 my tomtom still think its there and tried all sorts off resets doesn't even ask for it to be updated I am at a loss
