Update for the XL

Hello Everybody,

I'm new here and thought this would be the best place to get some answers as no one has been of help so far.

I bought a TomTom XL about 10 months ago and it now has firmware version 8.014. I want to know if there is a way i can upgrade the firmware to get the lane guidance system and the iq routes installed.

I tried contacting the technical service of TomTom by mail, but received no response..

All help appreciated.

There are various models with names that sound very similar.

But, as far as I can tell, the One XL is not capable of either ALG or IQ2 routing, regardless of application installed.

There are XL IQ Route Models (that obviously have the capability) and the XL Classic which doesn't.
