Update Fails

I have a TT Go2505 and I accidentally shut down my browser in the middle of an update using My Drive. Now when I try to install the update it fails saying that something has gone wrong with my device. I've tried restarting My Drive, disconnected the TT from my computer and doing a drum roll reset, twice. When I start the update it seems to work and then it fails saying that some items did not install on my device. After this the error message pops up saying the something has gone wrong with my device. Any help or insight on how to fix this would really be appreciated.
 
Specifically, go down to the MyDrive icon in the lower right, right click on it, select the 'settings gear', select 'Settings', select the 'Cache' tab, and then 'Empty the cache'.

Then give it another go.
