Unable to purchase map upgrade.

Hi everyone,

I'm from Saudi Arabia I bought my device when I was overseas Tomtom go 60s. Now I'm trying to upgrade its maps to worldwide but I'm stuck at billing address can't find my country nor a near by country. Tried so hard to reach support but you know AI is controlling it.
Can any one help me with issue.

Are you working on this using the MyDrive Connect app on your PC?
Where were you when you purchased? Maps of what regions installed then?
What countries in what regions DO show up in billing?

yes I'm using MyDrive on pc, I was in the USA , only US maps installed
All European countries are shown + South Africa + USA, Canada , south pacific
