Tyre

I'm new at this so someone hopefully can help. I use TYRE to create a route, save to my GO730. How do I retrieve it from my GO to start my journey? I tried several of the option, can't find it. What I am doing wrong or is it the GO730 not compatible with TYRE? If I use the Window explorer to look for it, it is there.
Anyone help please.
