I'm wondering how long it has typically taken in the past from the time new maps came out until mapshare became available again.

My map is North America with Canada and Mexico.

Thanks,
Harry

Couple of weeks. What you get and when you get them is quite dependent upon the threshold you have set for willingness to accept from various sources. My new 860 map set has a fair number of changes so far, but I may be set a little "looser" than you are in Home with my acceptance of changes from various sources.

Be sure you've eyeballed your Home settings for MapShare.

re mapshare availability

Thank you for responding with so very quickly!

I have the 540 TM.

In TT Home, (ver 2.8) mapshare threshold is set to "medium" (reported by many). Under "select counrties", TT Home reports that "No Items are available". I have also been receiving the message about not having updated in 20 weeks - I know to ignore this message.

It's my understanding that the latest map came out about a month ago.

Thanks,
Harry

It did.

Try loosening up the restriction to accept by all and see if that helps.

If not, call CS at 866-486-6866.

Yes, the map came out on November 16th.

I, too, have a 540 with the 860 map and do get mapshares.

I've not received any map corrections either for map-860. My TT is an XL-335TM. I just lowered the threshold to low (take any and all corrections) and HOME still says there are no corrections to download.

I guess we just have to wait awhile longer. It's not like the corrections are all that important anyway.
