TWS-I7 Earphones

Hi, I am new to tom tom forum and I am after some help.
I have a tom tom rider 2nd edition sat nav. I have just purchased a pair of TWS-I7 Wireless earphones to use while I am travelling on my motorbike. The earphones will connect up to my samsung phone via bluetooth with ease but they won't connect to my tom tom. All help is needed.

They should connect. Not familiar with any TWS-i7 buds that don't work with A2DP profile, which your Rider 2 supports.
Still, check the manual that came with yours and be sure they support the A2DP BT profile.

Hi canderson, tks for that. Just checked on the manual and they are compatible with A2DP, when I go into bluetooth settings the sat nav picks the ear buds up and begins to connect but as it gets to 10% it then says can't connect to phone. I have turned my bluetooth off on all other devices so the sat nav is the only one that the ear buds can pick.

Haven't seen that kind of problem with Scala or other similar products when used with a Rider 2. Not sure why your particular ear buds are being a problem. Wish I could help.
