I have two Tom Tom 130s units linked to two different emails.
I updated one with the new map and I have the zip file.
How can I install it to the second unit manually?

I'm pretty sure you can't do that. Each map is coupled or paired to a given TomTom via its serial number. This is done to prevent piracy.

Indeed you can't simply copy the files to the second device as one of the files is an activation code that is specific to a single device.
Assuming your second device has a map update scheme running then simply connect device 2 to your computer and clcik the update, Home should only download the new map activation code needed for the second device, the main map files will already be on the PC so Home will use these rather than waste loads of time and bandwidth downloading a second copy - Mike
