I've noticed that many turn restrictions don't show up in map correction view.
ie: some left turns are not permitted while driving, but if you go to corrections mode the turn is set up as a blue arrow (permitted).
The only way to know the restriction is in place is to do "plan route" and attempt to drive it.
If you want to undo one of these restrictions, you need to "block" the turn in mapshare (don't share it), and then go back in and unblock it.
