TT920 Battery Questions

I have a 920 and was wondering about:

1. If I Ieave the unit plugged into a power source and the 920 is turned OFF, does this lead to battery degradation(diminished life span of battery )?

2. If I am running the device - is turned ON and it remains plugged into a power source, does this lead to battery degradation(diminished life span of battery )?

Don't worry about leaving it plugged in to a power source as the device will regulate the battery charge current - Mike
