TT720 error message

Can anyone advise me on whats wrong with my TomTom 720. When i enter a an address i get a warning message saying " Unable to Store Map Settings: File Access Error". Although it still gives me the route to the destinations. Also it does not store (sometimes) my last detsinations and will not store new addresses in My Favourites.

Anyone have any Clues?????????

Is the map on a sdhc card and, if so, could the card be locked?

I followed the Link and i repetaed the clear process 3 times and my TomTom works fine now. Many Thanks
