TT1 Only Starts when plugged in !

Rather strange. I just made a 2G SD card by backing up the original 1G version to the PC, installing the 2G card in the TT, and restoring the image to the 2G card. Worked like a charm.... EXCEPT

It will now not boot at all - nothing - not a click not a flash, UNLESS it is plugged into a powered USB cable (PC or AC) OR I try to start it without ANY card in it. Once it is started, it works like a champ, all the maps are visible and working, but as soon as I turn it off, it wont restart.

Interstingly, if you put the 1G card back in, it works normally as it has for the last 6 months ...

Any ideas would be totally welcome ... this one has me stymied....

This worked for me....I couldn't restart after I updated to ver 7.162 on TomTom Home 2. Thanks!
