TT XL with Voice problem

My mate has a TT XL and it has stopped giving voice directions, the unit works fine otherwise, has anybody else experienced this problem and if so how was it fixed?

He has tried SD cards from other working units and the voice still fails to work.

You most likely need to run the Clear Flash tool from TomTom:

I'm sometimes not sure when to suggest the Clear flash tool or when to suggest resetting the unit or both
