Hi, i have a problem with my via 620. After i have put in the address and set go after awhile it reverts back to main menu, then i have to reset address again.this is a constant problem. Can anybody help,

Let me be sure I'm understanding you (I have the same unit, just called a Via 1605 here).

You set up your destination and start driving, and while driving, are seeing the normal map screen.
At some point, you see the menu as though someone has touched the screen.
If you use the "Done" button at that point, and return to the map view, your route is no longer visible on the map?

Lots of quote, no new info. Specifically, can you advise whether "If you use the "Done" button at that point, and return to the map view, your route is no longer visible on the map?" That's assuming that you're on the menu I think you're on.

Yes that is correct

Ok thanks, i have checked tt again and map view goes back to main menu ,when "done" is pressed it goes back to map route no proplem. I'm trying to stop the main menu from appearing on screen. Thanks for help

OK - that's easier to deal with!
It sounds like you are seeing 'phantom' presses on the screen caused by the bezel coming into contact with the screen. The 620 is has resistive screen (one of the brightest and clearest, in my opinion!), so any pressure around the outside edges could set it off.
Take the corner of a business card or similar thin item and run it around between the bezel and the glass in an attempt to remove any crud that might have accumulated between them. Let us know if that gives you any relief.
