Hi all and a merry xmas to everyone
i have a TT go live 820m
when i go to live services>>>TT traffic>>>minimise delays, show traffic on route, and read aloud trafic info they are greyed out...

any help will be much appreciated

Dumb question: You do have a route planned, right? And you do have a solid gps lock?

Was gonna say ...

a) No route planned
b) No GPS lock
c) No Live traffic data

To the OP. Ref: item "c" ... There's a spot where you can review your current network connection. Check under "Connections" on your device. Do you show blue bars and are all of the data fields populated?

my TT kept crashing aswell to i took it back to halfords
for exchange all is working how it should be now
