TT Traffic, can you preview traffic data?

I have read quite a few posts stating that TT traffic has less than accurate data. Is it possible to view reports for a given city before setting up your phone connection and TT Plus service?

I would like to compare data with a local radio or TV station to see how accurate TT traffic is before jumping through the hoops to setup everything.
