TT Route optimization with multi-point

you know of a version of TT which makes the calculation of road journeys with multiple destinations, route optimization with multi-point (eg Garmin n?vi 465T)

or you know of a software (third party) to optimize, plan and create road routes to all those who need to make multiple stops during a road journey

I've used this internet program based on Google Maps to optimize multiple stops. You can export the generated itinerary to your TomTom. You are able to set your map's default opening position by changing its latitude/longitude in the URL.

Another useful, invaluable program is called T.Y.R.E.
