im not sure what kind of tt one it is, but its prefix is a c.

i just got home with it and was completely satisfied in every way. i then hooked it up to my computer in an effort to update and got all the new software. i completed all the updates but when i disconnected it (through tt home) it wouldnt go past the loading screen that has the logo that has the mural hand and says "find your way the easy way" at the bottom. ive reset it numerous times via the button on the bottom side of it, since once its on that screen the power button wont even work. i also tried the flash fix but to no avail.

please help! i got this tt specifically for my trip tomorrow >_<

i apologize if there is another thread for this problem or if the same question is asked often, im a new user.

edit: i could be wrong about the prefix, here is the system info
