TT One Manual Typo(?)

Making POI categories is easy.

First go 'Change preferences' --> 'Manage POIs' --> 'Add POI category'.

Once your category has been created, repeat this, but select 'Add POI' instead.

Ah yes! I now recall that 'Maintain POIs' is another item that TomTom has stripped out of 3rd version units. (I was aware that Itinerary planning was missing, but I'd forgotten this one.)

ricstone, I'm not sure what you did, so bear with my instructions.

First, download Birdman's custom menu:
http://home.comcast.net/~spheasant1/TomTom.mnu.zip

Unzip it. This will give you the file 'TomTom.mnu'

Using Windows Explorer, create a folder on your TomTom called 'SdkRegistry'. (Watch the capitals!)

Copy the 'TomTom.mnu' file into this folder. That's it!

You can revert to the original built-in menu by deleting the 'TomTom.mnu' file. It's risk free. You can't mess up your unit!
