TT One & Bluetooth capabilities?

I have a TT One and the bluetooth is enabled but does not recognize my Motorola Razr phone. Can someone explain how to fix this and does this really enable me to use my TT as a handsfree phone?

The ONE does not have handsfree calling. The Bluetooth on the ONE models is for traffic and weather reports as well as the Buddy feature.

Yes and it all starts with the TT one XL-S and up.

I can't get mine to work for traffic & weather and that's all I want. It says it can't find the phone.
