TT One 7.163 ??? Help !

I plugged into TT Home 2.2 today and was notified TT One was updated.

Good News: When I check version by operating TT thru TT Home and check the Version it says 7.163

Bad News: I cannot operate TT without computer.
I get Orange TomTom screen with yellow progress bar moving across the bottom.
Then I get my start-up screen (Navagate to)

Then, at random times the unit freezes and eventually reboots.

This cycle, with some variations, keeps going until I finally can get it to sut off with the power button.

If I plug back into TT Home, it works fine.

If I look into "What is on my One" at the application More Info says it is 7.162

I tried reload the application, but no joy.

TT One is in infinite reboot.

Here's something that should work for you.
First go into "Remove Items From My One" and remove the application. Safely disconnect your device. (By clicking on "Device" in the upper left corner of the TomTom Home program.) Close the Home program and bring it back up. Reattach the device to the computer and reinstall the application. Once you've done that run a Clear Flash Tool (http://www.tomtom.com/support/index.php?FID=6221&Lid=4) The two steps together should fix the problem for you.

software versions

The v_7.163 is the puter version. When unplugged from puter you get the lower v_7.162. In my opinion this is why the diff versions, occurs on mine too.
