Hey all. I just purchased a TT Go 720 from Sams Club and was reading about the "Most Recent Map" Guarantee. According to the HOME software, my map version is 705 and includes the US & Guam. Is this the most recent map that is available (that will allow me to use the voice recognition)? If not, how do I go about getting the most up-to-date map? I follow the directions on the TT website but I do not see an option to "Use Map Guarantee" under the file menu in the HOME software. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Update: Nevermind. I just realized that I was running HOME version 1.6 that came on the CD with the TT. Downloaded 2.1 from TT website and I now see the option is available.

Read threads here about getting the large NA 7.10 map to install on your 720 unit. You may want to get a sd card of 2 gigs or 4 to make your life easier.

An SD Card of at least 2 Gb is an excellent suggestion. I do not think I could have done without while DL'ing the NA 7.10 version NA map.

Before you do anything. Install TT HOme. And do a BACKUP right away. You will not regret it.

Once that is done. go to "file". There you will see the map garantee. Click and off to the races.

Note: If preference is DL to TTom then it will be problematic in making it fit. I know some here have deleted some stuff in the TT in order to do so, however if you change preferences to DL to the SD card - no problems. (U Need at least a 2 Gb). Go that route...it may take a cpl hours or more to DL then Install.

Once done....go into TT (ie through "my puter"). TT will act just like any other drive. Take the old NA Map2GB and c/p to your desktop. Then go to the 2gb SD card and sut/paste new na mAP 7.10 to the TTom drive. done.

Thanks. I downloaded most recent version of HOME and did the Latest Map Guarantee and it downloaded and installed onto my TT 720 without me having to delete a thing. Voice recognition now works beautifully.
