TT 920 Home Charger

I notice that TT has a TT 920 Fast Home Charger listed for $34.95 with ac international adaptors (110 AND 220 volt usage) .
I am interested in buying a charger, but wondering what someone would recommend for less money.
I notice on my cig. lighter adaptor from TomTom, it says output of 5V 2 A

Does this mean that the home charger I buy has to have the same 2A ouput?

I bought my Fast Home Charger on e-bay in march for around $30.00 I believe.
The reason I went with the Fast Home Charger is that it comes with the different power source adaptors for Europe as well as N/A
