TT 920 and TT 720. Map size concern

Hi folks !

I am happy owner of TT720. However, I start to be concerning regarding of 2GB internal memory on TT720. The time is ticking. And its not too much days remaining for the unit exchange. We all know its still possible to install the bigger maps to the external SD. However, as far as I understood, this practice will be canceled soon by TomTom (thanks to His Majesty Marketing). They highly not recommend to use the 920's maps on TT720 right now. Its already impossible to download 710.1609 map to it without some tricks. Its even impossible to order this map for TT720, except you'll put TT920 as your device. So, probably the next detailed NA map will be even bigger than we have it right now. I am afraid, at the end we (owners of TT720) will be "left in the dust" with shrunk version of NA map or even with more simple "U.S. and Canada" map at the end. I'll be happy to hear the opposite opinions about.

I'm afraid my opinion isn't opposite at all... I think that they're going to try and force their customers to pay for the premium GPS units in order to get the premium maps. Personally, I think this is going to screw them in the end... But, I'm no marketing genius.
