TT 3rd Edition Category

I have created a text file and want to convert it to ov2 and add it as a new category. I cannot get the DOS programs that convert files to work. I keep getting a file not found error when running them. How do I convert a text file?

Also, I was refered to a web site that allowed me to enter addresses and save it as a TT file but I can't find that site again. Any ideas?

You can use this site to save addresses as gps coordinates and then save each coordinate as a point in a poi category.
