Trying to pair my Env2

GO 720
I'm trying to pair my Verizon Env2 to my 720. I am able to get my phone to recognize the 720 but the 720 is not recognizing the Env2. Any suggestions?

And yes, I know that my phone is not listed on the TT phone compatibility list but I'm trying to pair it anyways. Please tell me there's hope...
