Trucker 6000 issue

hi, i have problem with my TomTom trucker 6000, i went to a trip to Polatsk Belarus, and now im in Latvia, but issue is, that navigation system has stuck in Polatsk and dont wanna to update data, also i have a problem with my GPRS system on navigator, because i have bought speed camera updates for a year, and also i have bought a live traffic service for a year, but both systems doesnt work, what can i do to fix that?

If your GPS is blocked, have you tried pressing the on/off button until you hear the sound of the tom-tom and the device restarts?
For the traffic and radar service, at the time of purchase, did you enter the identifiers of your Trucker account.

I tried, and i restarted few times, it doesnt help, for the traffic and radar service, i have entered valid data, in MyDrive Connect , all is correct, also, in my trucker 6000 also writes, that all is purchased, but, no one of them don`t wanna to work

also i find a information that gprs working on 2G, as i know 2G network has been disabled in europe, is it true?

Some countries disable 2G not all.
Have you checked the traffic and speed camera coverage in the country you are in?
