Truck Navigation not working? please help

We have just bought the Tom Tom Go Expert Plus Truck package so we can get routes planned for our large vehicle, we have entered all the van dimensions and weight etc, however the routes its suggesting isn't taking these into consideration. It is still trying to take us down narrow unsuitable tracks and more worryingly suggesting tunnels with height restrictions which we exceed - luckily we twigged this before trying to enter the tunnel! Is there something else we need to activate to get the 'truck route planner' working? any help or suggestions much appreciated as we have followed all the instructions it came with.

Try to set the dimensions, the weight with values greater than the dimension is the actual weight of your camper.
