Trouble converting .gpx files to .itn files...

I am having a hell of a time getting these files to a usable format for my tomtom. I am trying to download a route from here>http://www.openroadjourney.com/loadroute.asp?rid=1239 It has the .gpx file and a google earth file. Can anyone dumb this process down a little bit so I can use these routes on my One?

Yeah, I have found that one, and about 5 others, but I can't figure out how to use them. I must be retarded.
