tripmaster clock setting?

can anyone tell me how to set the tripmaster clock, for like EST? thanks

On the 2nd setup screen, there's a field called "GMT Offset". For EST, you need to set yourself to -5 (5 hours ahead of the old Greenwich Mean Time).
