Transferring POI from via125 to GO52

Hi. I used until last days old Via125 navigator. Create lot of poi CATEGORY and lots of personal poi.

Now i have navigator Go52 and i cant find a way to transfer my pois (other than Favorites) to my recent device.

Any help??
