Transfer TOMTOM POI for PC and other TOMTOM

HI ALL,I have 2 tomtom devices start 20,and i want to transfer my preference betwenn,and I CAN NOT FIND ANY OPTION using new software TOMTOM DRIVE or HOME,CHAT IS DISASTER,i am lost,someone can share with me some ideea? in the past with old software i am was able to see my device from and transfer ,from windows menu,pr TOMTOM soft,but now is impossible

Need to be clear about what you are trying to accomplish.
Your thread title talks only about "POI". Your message text talks about "preference". Those would be different things.

If you are trying to transfer between devices only the POI information, where does the problem occur in "Manage Community Content"?

Try typing this into a browser while your device is connected:

http://169.254.255.1/pcmi/
You'll be talking directly to your START 20 - it's a little mini-server. So that's a 'shortcut' around MyDrive Connect, and "Manage Community Content" that takes you to the same place on the device.

From there, you can select "Add POI" and browse to and upload your *.ov2 file (and *.bmp file if you want your own icons to appear).
